As a digital content creator, videomaker, and photographer with over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, I am passionate about storytelling and capturing the essence of human experiences. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded the production of compelling video and photographic narratives, showcasing impactful stories from around the globe, mainly in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East. My expertise spans the entire content creation process, from pre-production planning, including story ideation and logistics organization, to on-field production and post-production for television, YouTube and social media channels. I thrive in crafting stories with a documentary and journalistic approach, aiming to shed light on the lives of individuals and communities affected by development projects. One of my recent endeavors involved a comprehensive project in Burundi, where I embarked on a solo mission to document the transformative effects of a development initiative. From conceptualization to execution, I crafted a multi-episode video series and a photographic reportage, capturing the essence of change and resilience in communities in north of Burundi. Collaboration is at the heart of my work, as I often collaborate with fellow photographers and videographers to bring stories to life. Together, we strategize, plan, and execute trips to collect stories and material, ensuring that each narrative is rich in depth and authenticity. My portfolio extends beyond borders, having worked in diverse regions, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Middle East.
