About Aldo Ronci

I am a Chief Operating Officer at a mid-sized Italian banking group with a history of over 100 years. With more than three decades of experience in the banking and financial services industry, I hold a Chartered Accountant certification and a Master in LEAN Methodology, among other credentials. My mission is to lead, optimize, and innovate the bank's operations, ICT operations, Data management, organizational development, back office, anti-fraud, cyber security, information security, business continuity. I’m the Group ESG leader, running a multi-year program to optimize our ESG model and performance. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed key programs and projects that enhanced the bank's operating model, such as setting up a new branch in the Middle East and near-shoring operational processes. I leverage my comprehensive skills in client relationship management, branch management, business and operations transformation, consulting, and program management to deliver value and excellence to the bank and its stakeholders. I am always eager to embrace new challenges and to connect and share my experience with others.
