About Alec Hay

Why do I work at Tyler Wren? I believe in delivering positive, life-changing outcomes for people. And I do it by bringing the best people together, the best candidates, matched to the best businesses. Tyler Wren is the organisation that has the structure and the know-how to allow me to make that happen. Our team has offices in New Zealand and the UK and consists of hand-picked professionals like myself who source and recruit from both local and international talent. Combined, our team has decades and decades of success, recruiting across the UK and New Zealand, with real life experience and real ability to get it right first time. Every time. What’s more, as well as finding the best candidates already here in New Zealand, I can also tap into a network of thousands of expat Kiwis and Aussies who are currently gaining invaluable UK experience in a variety of industries. All of us here are also able to source international candidates, who again, boast amazing CVs from working and succeeding in the most competitive overseas job markets. We don’t just stop at connecting the best people with the best companies. We make sure the transition to your new job or a new life in New Zealand or Australia is as smooth and enjoyable as it should be. My particular area of work is the banking, financial services, and insurance for the South Island.
