About Alec Jones

Helping people navigate complex situations and find solutions has been the core of my career. With a background spanning technical support, project management, and property repair operations, I bring a hands-on approach to claims adjusting, balancing attention to detail with strong communication and problem-solving skills. At Grace Mountain Renovations, I built and managed a full CRM system that streamlined client interactions, vendor coordination, and project tracking. This experience gave me insight into managing detailed workflows, validating repair scopes, and supporting estimate accuracy. Before that, I honed my customer service and technical troubleshooting skills at Electric AI and Apple Inc. I consistently maintained customer satisfaction ratings above 95% by efficiently diagnosing complex issues and ensuring clear, ongoing communication. At Apple, I earned recognition as a top performer and business liaison, coaching team members and resolving escalated technical cases with accuracy and empathy. I also bring financial acumen through QuickBooks and Excel tools I designed to track project commissions and costs, enabling better decision-making and operational transparency. My working knowledge of Xactimate enhances my ability to understand industry-standard damage estimation software. Fluent in English and proficient Spanish, I’m comfortable working with diverse teams and clients. My strengths lie in detailed documentation, vendor management, and process improvement.I’m eager to apply my unique mix of technical, operational, and client-facing skills where accuracy and empathy drive results.
