Brewpack Ltd - April 2022 to present. Brewpack has extensive experience, technology and know-how in the business of packaging line engineering: design, manufacture, sale and integration of equipment, materials handling and end-of-line packaging solutions. As Head of Business Development I am working with the current management team to acquire new customers, generate new sales and enhance working relationships with new and existing customers. In addition to providing operational support for key employees I am advising/consulting on strategic business and succession planning. KHS Group - December 1997 to March 2022. I joined the Group in 1997 as General Sales Manager of Kisters UK Ltd (sister company of KHS at that time). Already renowned as the world's leading manufacturer of packaging machines and systems, I further increased Kisters' annual sales in the UK & Ireland by more than 200% over the next 5 years. When KHS GmbH and Kisters GmbH merged early in 2003 such that Kisters became a KHS Group company, the UK subsidiaries also merged to create initially KHS Kisters Ltd, subsequently re-named KHS UK Ltd in March 2006. In the merger in 2003 I took on the role of General Sales Manager responsible for all KHS Group new equipment sales in the UK & Ireland, until stepping up to become Managing Director of KHS UK Ltd in September 2016. In the 5+ years from 2016 under my tenure the Company achieved and sustained significant growth in all areas of the business.
