I am a third year Biomedical Engineer doing research in Dr. Nichols Musculoskeletal Biomechanics Lab. My project focuses on creating a program that can utilize machine learning to automatically segment the Tibia, Fibula, and Talus in our collection of foot and ankle CT scans. I am eager to expand my experiences in predictive musculoskeletal modeling and simulations, improving existing physiological models, and utilizing these models to improve patient-specific diagnostics of those with musculoskeletal diseases.
