About Alec Monachino

I have over 7 years of experience (2017-Present) in Dynamics AX (Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations) onboarding and contributing to over 58+ ERP implementations and Partner of Record flips. I manage and lead all client ERP onboarding while working with the RSM's CE and BC practices to implement standard onboarding practices in alignment to the current D365 F & SC onboarding process. I also manage RSM's code promotion and DB refresh operations for the MAS group including the standard processes, procedures, and RCA activities. Lastly, I manage and maintain RSM’s MAS Knowledge Base including the creation of new articles. I have over 6 years of experience (2012-2017) as a Network Solutions Consultant designing, deploying, and maintaining on-premises and cloud (Mainly Azure) infrastructures. My experience includes, deploying/maintaining Office365, architecting on-premises, hybrid, and full cloud infrastructures, migrating on-premises resources into Azure through Azure Site Recovery, and championing all three of the Azure backup solutions. I helped implement RSM’s Azure Central SME group focused on standardizing Azure deployments across the Central United States. Alec’s primary focus has been on the integration of Azure and Dynamics AX, including Security, Azure Active Directory, Networking, Virtual Machine deployment, and Automation. In addition to my experience above, I performed the following roles: Trainer, Consultant, Infrastructure Analyst, Systems Integrator, Upgrade Manager, and Install Manager.
