Improvement is an idea that it is strived for by professionals, students, and companies everywhere. One of the biggest mistakes is that people believe they can be the best on their own. The truth is it is almost impossible to become the best employee, student or person on your own. Almost every person with a success story can point to the person, people or group that helped them achieve what they have achieved. This isn't by accident success comes from a plan, learning and practice. I apply this philosophy to my career everyday. I do not know what is more rewarding then seeing people have a light bulb moment. Being able to help people prepare to be the best version of themselves is my purpose is to help prepare people understand and utilize new ideas, talents, and skills. I am genuine believer that everyone can always be better. This does not mean that I don't see the greatness in everyone, it is actually the opposite, I always see how their abilities can help an organization or themselves succeed more. In my career in education I have seen so many abilities and have always built opportunities with my curriculum. I have successfully helped students of all different levels graduate and succeed. I understand their ability, strengths, and weaknesses then I build a plan that helps them reach their goals. I genuinely care about the people I help whether it would be in a corporate, education, athletic environment.
