About Alec Webster

My name is Alec Webster and I help organizations in meeting and exceeding their targeted goals and objectives through testing product prototypes, working with C++, C#.NET, running diagnostics, designing games, and optimising software and web applications. My backgrounds include designing and continually integrating new features to existing system in agile environment while writing integration test cases to guarantee software quality. I am capable of compiling and analyzing data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement, and collaborating with other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience. I am able to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders to establish collaborative working relationships. Proven track record of forging enduring relationships with key stakeholders while leveraging excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to design and reflect back on desired outcomes aligned with actionable solutions. A few highlights of my career include the following: Designed, developed, executed, and configured ITSM tool to regulate IT services. Conducted incident troubleshooting from level one to three along with extending support to handle issues related to desktop, laptops, servers, and other devices.
