Alecia Johnson is an Interior Designer, Real Estate Agent, and entrepreneur with a background in Business Management. She began her career in Business and Commercial Banking before following her true passion and launching Pearl Design Interiors. As Principal and Lead Designer, Alecia specializes in modern, luxury, and transitional spaces, working on both residential and commercial projects nationwide. Her clientele includes professional athletes, executives, and families who trust her to bring vision, creativity, and elegance to their spaces. Her design philosophy is rooted in the belief that great design begins with a strong concept. She creates elevated, intentional environments that reflect her clients’ personalities and lifestyles. Every space tells a unique story—one that feels personal, functional, and beautifully unexpected. Alecia has been recognized as one of the Top 20 African American Interior Designers in the country and has earned numerous accolades, including: Top 10 Houston Interior Designers by Decorilla Best of the Best by the Houston Chronicle Freshome’s Best Interior Designer in Houston 2023 Best of Katy & Fulshear Readers’ Choice Winner Her work has been featured in Modern Luxury and other prominent design publications and websites. She also proudly participated in the 2022 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in West Palm Beach.
