Expert in the evaluation, initiation, administration, and conduct of Phase II, IV, and post marketing community based clinical trials. Strong management capability. Key Experience and accomplishments- Extensive expertise in clinical research coordination and management for > 45 different protocols in the development of advance biologic therapies for the treatment of immunologic diseases- Responsible for the setup, initiation, administration and conduct of 5-15 simultaneous clinical trials across numerous Rheumatology indications- Built a high performing research team with 4 Investigators and 3 research nurses- Developed the plans/procedures and opened a profitable community physician owned and operated infusion clinic to meet the evolving needs of Rheumatology patients in Edmonton- Developed, initiated, and maintained Standard Operating Procedures for both the research and infusion clinics- Successfully negotiated contracts and managed relationships with multiple Global Pharmaceutical Companies- Member of multiple Study Advisory Boards for the development of post marketing / observational study protocols- Instrumental in the development of community research guidance documents for community researchers with ACRC.
