A proven leader with a focus on operational and people management, business governance and project delivery, Aled combines a professional and conscientious approach to work with a detailed understanding of business operations within an engineering consultancy. Aled proudly leads the Mott MacDonald business across Canada with offices in Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto and serves as a member of the North American executive leadership team. A Chartered Engineer (UK) and Professional Engineer (AB / BC) with over 25 years' professional experience in the delivery of highway and transit infrastructure projects, Aled has led multi-disciplinary design and construction teams on nationally significant infrastructure projects in the UK and Canada. Aled has led multidisciplinary design teams on long-term public-private programs as well as fast-track billion-dollar design-build projects in the highway and transit markets. Aled is passionate about projects that make a meaningful difference in our communities, whether large or small - improving social outcomes and connecting communities through innovative infrastructure solutions.
