I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University Billings.In my current role, I support the HR team in delivering high-quality services to employees across multiple locations. I am involved in various aspects of HR, such as recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations. I am skilled in HR software, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving. I have successfully handled multiple employee relations issues, and facilitated online training sessions.I am passionate about creating a positive and respectful work environment that fosters diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and learning from their perspectives and experiences. I am always eager to grow and develop my HR knowledge and competencies, and to contribute to the success and well-being of the organization and its employees.
