Hardware installations, Windows OS, Mac OS and iPhone iOS. MS Office applications setup/management, SaaS and company’s proprietary applications. Hands-on management of AD at Domain servers. Compliance with corporate security requirements by deploying Sophos, Bitlocker and Netskope. Setup Citrix and Zero client workstations and manage connectivity. Develop and deploy IT vision roadmap projects. Regularly meet with other departments for their specific needs. Setup of new offices in line with WFH culture by utilizing Hotel-Workstation concept. Vendor management for all IT related services including internet, mobile and collaboration providers. Contract management in compliance with corporate policies. Align Redwoods IT policies and practices with upstream corporations within the dominating group of companies. Plan and deploy and maintain DR plans. Acquire, deploy and maintain redundancy solutions. Develop and maintain user manuals for IT services and equipment. Manage, analyze, scrutinize and implement change requests from senior leadership and users. Monitor productivity, efficiency and financial performance related to applications and equipment. Interact with overseas service providers for business activities. Administration and management of Salesforce. Maintain role grids for all positions and collaborate with appropriate departments as well as HR.
