I am a results driven, self-motivated and resourceful individual who is also a practical hands on operator with a track record of contributing to the overall growth strategy of an organization. Within my position as Advisor, I provide senior level guidance and support within a dynamic environment, with a key focus on building and maintaining trusted relationships with leaders and staff, members of Council, external stakeholders, and user groups. I oversee a diverse portfolio that includes bylaws and policies, records management, community engagement, council support, freedom of information and protection of privacy requests, municipal elections, board and committee support, assessment and subdivision appeal support, risk mitigation including the Town’s insurance portfolio, real property management including acquisition and disposition of real property, user group agreement management and overseeing the Town’s business continuity and enterprise risk management programs.
