About Aleisha Stanley

Being a zookeeper isn’t all about picking up poop and working alongside some of my favorite animals. My career has allowed me to grow and develop a variety of skills that make me the perfect fit for your company- I know what it is like to be passionate about my job, how to carry that passion into every single work day, and how to inspire others to do the same. Sharing the ins and outs of my job with others helps to motivate me because I love seeing other people equally excited about something as me- I know how to collaborate and brainstorm as a team so we can achieve great things, but I also know how to work independently and accomplish day-to-day and yearly goals. Finding the balance between working independently and as a member of a team is tricky but essential for being a great employee- I have worked hard at becoming an excellent communicator, not only to my fellow team members but to my supervisors as well. I strongly feel that good communication is one of the driving forces behind a productive team- I have found the things that motivate me and continue to push me to try new things or explore new ideas. I then take that energy and give it back to my coworkers, so we can all do and create amazing things with what we love.These four bullet points are only the beginning!
