About Alejandra Balmaceda

I am Alejandra, graduate in business administration and information systems careers, with 13 years of experience in IT environments and 5 years of experience as a manager appointed by public competition, managing an area oriented to planning, organization and management control. The first 6 years had as axis the software development from the perspectives of analysis, solution design, implementation and post implementation user assistance. The next 7 years I was focused on portfolio management project and in the direction of quality assurance area. In the last 5 years I worked as operational manager in a high exposure and critically area inside the organization and outside her; having as axis planning and management control in budgetary and achievement of strategic objectives aspects. As a professional I am interested in getting involved on the various edges about systems development life circle, forming work teams with the other areas involved. Over the years I have gained experience in managing teams, communication and organizational changes. My most featured skills are planification and organization, scenario identification, risk management, effective communication with different interlocutors, analysis and abstraction skills. Among my features I highlight responsibility, leadership, ability to resolve conflicts and take decisions, high pressure tolerance and adaptability to complex and changing scenarios. I consider myself a result- oriented professional and a person willing to acquire the necessary knowledge to perform in new roles.
