I’m a bilingual (English, Spanish) Social worker and program coordination professional passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering impactful programs. In my current role as a Temporary Foreign Worker (TFW) Program Coordinator, I design and facilitate outreach strategies, build partnerships, and coordinate events that connect diverse stakeholders across government, nonprofit, and community sectors. My experience includes developing targeted engagement initiatives, segmenting audiences to meet specific needs, and using data and feedback to continuously refine program delivery. I thrive in roles where collaboration, strategic thinking, and relationship-building come together to create spaces where members feel valued and supported.
