About Alejandra Izquierdo

I have more than 10 years of experience implementing technological solutions for Treasury and Capital Markets. In my professional life, I gave results to companies through technology and reengineering Processes. I have applied my experience to many roles while living in several countries such as Europe and Latam (UK, Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil). In Mexico, I managed various multicultural teams where I had the opportunity to lead these teams throughout different countries such as México, Peru, and Spain. Additionally, I was working on-site with teams from abroad on different projects from China, India, UK, and Latam. I developed strong relationships with clients always maintaining effective communication to understand their requirements and build an appropriate team to ensure the results that the clients expect. Main responsibilities: Looking for new opportunities to improve new technologies in banking (Treasury and Asset Management, on systems such as MUREX and CALYPSO). Human Resources Management specialized in Financial Market profiles and PMO and Agile profiles. Manage and track the schedule, budget and, invoices for projects.
