About Alejandra L. Casal

I may be a lot of things, but scared of learning is not one of them. I started off as a journalist in Spain, working in radio, newspapers and news agencies; I did a fair share of communication management and I learned a lot in the process. After moving to the Southern hemisphere I spent several years putting my communication skills to work full steam in a call centre, where I started at the bottom and quickly worked my way up. Eventually I moved on to a financial company, where I continued dealing with lots of different people of different countries, until I moved back to Spain. Through the years, working in different areas has taught me some very valuable lessons- Communication is really important, both dealing with your clients and with your team - I have learned to do many different things, and I have realised that I am actually very polyvalent and I adjust quickly to new working environments - Making good decisions on the spot becomes a necessity in a fast paced environment, if you need someone to do that, talk to me - I enjoy dealing with people, and I can do it in at least three languages
