I decide to choose courage over comfort Cat lover There is nothing that scares me the most than to stop learning and being challenged. In 2013, I decided to leave everything that I knew to learn english. It led me to a new adventure in Sydney, Australia. Little did I know about my purpose until a year later of arriving to Australia, I came across the opportunity to work with other international professionals. Then I realised that many international talent were struggling to get a decent job even thought they had a great professional profile. The lack of english knowledge, the challenges to be alone in a new country and many other factors really affect the way they perceive themselves. It was taking a big toll on many international professionals. I currently still live in Sydney and I work with international talented spanish speaking professionals that want to gain experience overseas and are ready to step out of their comfort zone. I manage the strategy of My Extra Mile in collaboration with a broad number of professionals in Australia, South America and Europe.
