About Alejandra Rivas

After several years of professional experience, my areas of expertise are the techniques and processes of creating audio-visual content, as well as setting-up learning management systems and other web-based content management systems; as well as, interactive environments for creating Internet and digital oriented products. I serve as an LMS project manager, ensuring business continuity, following up on LMS reporting from the business side, and coordinating eLearning projects. I also facilitate coordination between the business and IT sides with effective project management. Additionally, my strengths include analytical and writing skills, designing and developing instructional materials to transfer them into online curriculum using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline 360. This experience has helped me to become a professional in web technology, likewise being creative and innovative. Besides, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Communications and hold a Master in General Management and Strategic Planning; and in Communications, Public Relations and Protocol.
