About Alejandra Sullivan

I am an educator with a person-first mentality and a strong sense of community who has been working in higher education since 2016. When I was at Colorado State University getting my undergraduate degree in Ethnic Studies, I recognized the amount of privilege I hold as a white queer Latina. Since then, I have continued to educate myself on the identities I hold, while uplifting others' voices in every space I am in. My entire career has been centered around working with underrepresented people and walking alongside their journey through higher education. I pride myself in helping students navigate the complex university system, while simultaneously keeping the human at the center of my work. My value of person-first work has allowed me to create meaningful connections across the various places I have worked. I have a skillset in higher education, specializing in grant management, academic coaching, and diversity & inclusion initiatives, and facilitating classroom and training's.
