Currently working at SignalFire, the first Venture Capital firm built from the ground up as a technology company. I'm a Senior Talent Partner helping founders find the best talents for their startups! At Peoplepath my experience as a Sr. Tech Recruiter and Sourcer, has allowed me to help several clients to find the best talents. Companies I worked with: Okcoin, Socure, Blockchain.com, Shopcanal. I've also studied web development, focusing on the Javascript Ecosystem: NodeJS, Express, and React for the creation of full-stack web apps in order to fine-tune my recruitment skills and to speak the same language as the developers I recruit. From 2016 to 2020 I worked for e2f Inc, a top-60 worldwide Language Services Provider based in Silicon Valley. My last role in e2f was as Director of Recruitment from 2018 to 2020. My responsibilities included training recruiters, monitoring recruitment procedures, overseeing the recruitment cycle (from sourcing to hiring), managing a team of remote recruiters working on 2 different continents, and identifying high-potential candidates. I have a degree in translation (language pairs: English - Spanish) awarded by the National University of La Plata (UNLP). I began working as a freelance translator in 2012. My main interests: IT, software, and videogames localization. I've also taught English as a foreign language: in 2013 I was awarded the University of Cambridge CELTA teaching certificate. I've taught both at schools and in-company to many students of different nationalities, ages, and backgrounds.
