I assist with account inquiries, basic transactions, and digital banking tools while identifying member needs and connecting them with the right solutions. This role continues to strengthen my knowledge of financial products, customer service, and branch operations.Prior to BECU, I worked as a Universal Banker at GBC International Bank and as a Bank Teller at Wells Fargo, where I developed strong transaction-handling skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent client service.I hold an Associate degree in Accounting and Finance and plan to pursue a Bachelor’s degree to continue advancing my career in the financial industry.As a bilingual professional, I help bridge communication gaps and provide culturally aware service to a diverse member base.
