A proven leader, I have led multiple project and operational teams in efforts to achieve improved operational performance particularly in the areas of customer services, baggage handling and on-time performance. These collaborative efforts have produced undeniable results with several process improvement strategies developed by these teams being implemented across the system by different carriers. Focused on the people aspect of the business. I believe that employee engagement from the senior leadership level is extremely important and key during times of change and challenge.
