The experience of having founded a multinational company at age 24 and then get it to become the best in its industry in Latin America and one of the top 20 in the world (Gartner Magic Quadrant), has definitely given me a wide variety of skills and world class practices. • There were more than 15 years of strong experiences, many right guesses and successes, and some errors that I also managed to learn from. • One huge KSF? Surround ourselves with talent. The ability to detect talent and enhance it, clearly makes the difference. It always involves a huge challenge and at the same time produces a strong motivation to keep improving. • To create a business from scratch is a hands-on journey through infinite tasks and functions until you achieve scalable processes to let you even think of something bigger. • Having worked from a young age (15 years old) strengthened a DNA that pursues challenges through effort, intelligence and responsibility, always aiming to meet a goal, to achieve a result, but at the same time knowing that a big part of learning is in the execution. • Clearly motivated by end customer´s need.
