About Alejandro Coltat

One of my favorite activities is to help solve problems most practically. When something is not right, I don't see a problem, but an opportunity to improve and learn. I consider myself a tech enthusiast, lover of knowledge, always looking for new challenges. Something that makes me proud of myself is that I have enjoyed all of my previous jobs, and I always try to learn as much as I can from all of them. That way, I can give the best of myself and contribute all my knowledge and experience to the company. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully lead a team of +100 people to accomplish the company/client goals - I build relationships across the team to get to know them- I learned how to delegate tasks to focus on the most important things- I have a goal-oriented mindset and an excellent gut instinct, but I always seek data to drive my decisions. I can turn ideas into facts and achievable goals - I created an E-Commerce Store that generates a high volume of sales- I can run highly efficient marketing campaigns, converting an idea into reality- I learned how to analyze data to make data-driven decisions. I educate, work, and improve myself day-to-day to become a better person- I am always learning something new to keep growing- I always give the extra mile of myself whenever it's required- I keep calm under the worst circumstances. Learning is my passion, and working with my team is a pleasure. At the end of the day, I want to feel happy for what I did to keep improving our lives.
