About Alejandro Gregori

Senior Data Scientist & Quantitative Economist | Driving AI, Business & Insights with Creative Leadership & StrategyWhat sets me apart is creativity. In every project, I aim to bring new ideas into action—ideas that grow the business, open markets, and drive meaningful change. My focus is always on what creates real value. I invest time in understanding what excites the customer, what alternatives might surprise them—even those they haven’t imagined yet. I believe the role of a Data Scientist isn’t to optimize what already exists, but to identify what should exist instead. My goal is to steer products outward—toward opportunity, toward expansion. When it comes to teams, I believe in true collaboration. I strive to build environments where everyone feels responsible, self-directed, and deeply engaged. I don’t believe in top-down leadership. I believe in teams that work because each member knows what needs to be done, wants to do it, and does it well—because they feel ownership. And when that happens, results follow naturally. In the end, I want every team member to feel proud of what they do—and proud to tell the world about it.My work is guided by four principles: creativity, ownership, collaboration, and a relentless focus on the customer. Everything else follows from there.
