About Alejandro Herrera

Senior operations manager with 9 years experience in a fast pace environment like retail industry, working for Inditex group, one of the world’s largest fashion retailers. I worked as implementation manager and trainer for RFId project (Radio frequency identification technology) for brands like: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear and Stradivarius, gaining international experience in Ireland, Malta, Sweden as well as the UK. I helped to transform the operational and commercial procedures of the group in 45 stores, working with different teams across departments, brands and countries enabled me to have a better understanding of the business model and contributed to develop my training, organizational and operational skills. I really enjoy analyzing processes and routines, looking into new ways of working that can lead into better results. I´m graduate in Business Management from Malaga University. In recent months, I have been broadened my knowledge of marketing with several courses of digital marketing based on inbound methodology, social media, content and digital advertising. And I just moved to Malaga after 12 years living in London.
