As Director of Innovation and Design at Accenture Song, I lead initiatives that combine creativity, strategy and technology to transform our clients' businesses. With over ten years of experience in innovation and design consulting, my current focus is on how generative artificial intelligence is redefining the new e-commerce, service models and the relationship between brands and consumers. I work hand in hand with multidisciplinary teams to design products, services and experiences that not only solve business challenges, but also generate sustained value over time. I accompany large brands in their digital transformation processes, from conceptualization to execution. I have driven conversational experiences, intelligent agents and phygital solutions that connect the dots between the physical and the digital, helping global companies to scale user-centric propositions. I firmly believe that design is a lever for change when coupled with business intelligence and the power of technology. Beyond my role at Accenture, I collaborate with startups, participate as a mentor in new company launches and have invested in several emerging projects that bet on innovative business models.
