About Alejandro Krell

I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company based in the Santiago Office. I’m also the leader of McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance Practice across Latin America. With more than 20 years at the firm I’ve served clients across different industries and sectors, including financial services, manufacturing, mining, retail and telecommunications, on topics of strategy, growth, performance improvement. My areas of focus include developing multi-year strategies to reinvigorate growth; leading comprehensive organization-wide restructuring programs; introducing digital strategies to redefine service operations and the customer experience; and transforming operations to boost organizational productivity. I’m passionate about improving the economic health of the region in which I live and work and I’ve published reports on lifting the productivity of the Chilean economy. Outside of work I like to play chess, tennis and skiing.
