My career has been defined by leadership in strategic projects, digital innovation, and organizational transformation in complex industrial environments — with a strong focus on energy efficiency, R&D and Innovation, applied engineering, and product development. Currently serving as Corporate R&D and Innovation Manager at Fockink, I lead initiatives that connect technology and sustainability in the field: irrigation pivots, grain silos, distributed generation, rural electrification, and digital solutions. Beyond the technical scope, I actively contribute to the cultural transformation of the company, supporting its transition from a family-owned business to a corporate structure — through innovation management, process implementation, cross-functional communication, and strategic partnerships. I have a strong track record in automation, digital twins, simulation, agile methodology, and scalable business models, integrating engineering, technical services, software, and sales. I hold a Master’s degree from Technische Universität Berlin, and am also a certified European Energy Manager (UFRJ/AHK).
