I’m a highly experienced Accounting / Record to Report Senior Manager with more than 15 years of experience in both Shared Service and Multinational traditional finance organizations. As part of my career opportunities, I lead teams to create a new Shared Services organization (startup) directly working with Finance Teams and high senior stakeholder members across the regions whether Americas or Europe, also led finance M&A integration projects, and leading Finance Transformation projects aimed to achieve efficiency and effectiveness by promoting simplicity, agility and compliance as cultural levers Colleagues know me as a highly passionate leader, who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach, and who is ready to listen about continuous improvement initiatives to balance work-life integration, but very engaged with company's objectives and the importance of increasing quality and delivery as part of the outcomes of the team. I never try to impose my ideas on others but get them engaged with clear vision and strategy. I invest a good time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting new ideas, but also I can be very pragmatic when necessary. I have an MBA, with major in marketing, and also have an Accounting Public degree. Both create a perfect balance in my leadership style while I understand finance and accounting needs from the company, and also like to hear the voice of the customer to provide value-added service.
