About Alejandro Murata

Bachelor's degree in Economics with a solid professional background of 22 years at Citi, where I rose to the position of VP. Subsequently, I furthered my experience at Banco Comafi before joining the Falabella Group, where I had the privilege of contributing first at CMR Argentina and later at Banco Falabella in Peru, assuming the role of Chief Risk Officer. As of July 12, 2023, I started a new and exciting journey as part of Niubiz. Throughout my career, my true passion has been leading teams toward achieving ambitious goals. I firmly believe in the importance of empowerment and developing the full potential of each team member, always seeking to deliver results efficiently and effectively. Through diverse responsibilities, I have had the opportunity to develop skills in multiple areas, including Talent Management, Organizational Climate, Technological Platform Migration, Business Sales and Portfolio Management, Transformation and Change, Agile Methodologies implementation, Regulatory Compliance, Regional Hub Formation, Call Center Management, and Union relations. My strategic and holistic approach always considers all stakeholders, recognizing the importance of a comprehensive vision for the sustainable success of any project.
