About Alejandro Ochoa

I’ve been passionate about computers and technology since I was a kid. I began my career as a developer, drawn to building systems that solved real-world problems. Over time, I discovered a deeper purpose: leading projects as a Project Manager that not only deliver results, but also create lasting impact for customers. Project management became more than a skill—it became my way to bring people, strategy, and technology together. Throughout my journey, I’ve had the opportunity to lead transformative technology initiatives across sectors and geographies. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), I’ve managed global teams and large projects—ranging from AI-powered sales forecasting solutions to large-scale Office 365 tenant migrations—always with a focus on aligning technology with business value. For over 11 years at Microsoft, I led digital transformation projects across the U.S, Latin America, and Europe. Working with commercial and public sector clients, I helped organizations get the most from their technology investments—translating complexity into clarity, managing risk, and ensuring outcomes were delivered on time and on budget. I thrive on building trust with stakeholders, leading with empathy, and navigating complex environments with focus and flexibility. Whether working with global teams or local partners, my goal has always been the same: to drive meaningful change through thoughtful leadership and well-executed solutions.
