Background

About Alejandro Orozco

I have gained valuable experience in the field of design during my professional internship at IMEYCO Instrumentos y Controles Programables, where I actively collaborated in the development of a clamping machine for Bosch. Additionally, I had the privilege of being part of JATCO Mexico as an automation engineering intern for six months. During my time there, I focused on continuous improvement projects and played a key role in the development of a slippers conveyor system for the machining area. This involved supplying three production lines with PLCs, pneumatic actuators, motors, sensors, and the complete design and implementation of the ladder program. Furthermore, I have demonstrated my skills as a maintenance technician with a specialization in automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) at the COMPAS plant. In this role, I not only conducted preventive and corrective maintenance for AGVs but also provided support to the COMPAS maintenance team in optimizing supply lines. My contributions included implementing logic enhancements, optimizing sensor routes, and improving electrical power boards.
