About Alejandro Paez

Currently working as an Interim Performance and Project Controller at MAHLE, I am gaining hands-on experience in controlling a large project portfolio within the fast-paced automotive parts manufacturing sector. It is a highly dynamic environment that requires constant interaction with a wide range of stakeholders. In my previous role at CBRE, I strengthened my FP & A skills through collaboration with international teams across Sweden, Italy, and Spain. I had the opportunity to witness firsthand how an EMEA FP & A department is built from the ground up. Earlier in my career, I worked at Petrobras, where I developed a strong foundation in planning and control within the oil industry, collaborating closely with teams in Brazil and investment partners in the Netherlands. Additionally, my time at Sodexo provided valuable customer-facing experience and allowed me to manage client relationships effectively while taking my first steps into the world of FP & A and Controlling.
