Telecommunications engineer and project management professional, with extensive experience in business software implementation projects, business process design, BPM and digital government in Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Chile and Uruguay. Prior to my tenure in the public sector, I worked in the private sector, consulting for the electricity and logistics sectors.
