Hi, I'm Alejandro Parodi — Offensive Security Engineer, Red Teamer, and Founder with over 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity, deep tech, and startup building. I co-founded Hackmetrix a cybersecurity startup that helped redefine how startups and SMBs across Latin America approach digital security. We raised $3M in venture capital, expanded to 7 countries, and reached $3M in annual recurring revenue (ARR). I led the Offensive Security division — managing technical teams, building offensive pipelines, and translating business risks into real-world attack simulations. Today, I’m building Volt AI a company focused on securing the next wave of AI-powered technologies. We help organizations build trust in their models, protect critical infrastructure, and design secure-by-default AI systems — blending offensive security expertise with deep understanding of AI architecture. I combine deep technical skills with strategic leadership.
