Since 1882 the PROSPERI family has been involved in cocoa and coffee. Being the 4th generation as growers and exporters from beans to the world, we are compromised 100% in QUALITY. We developed our business as farmers; from this starting point, we understood the needs to manage properly cocoa beans to reach quality. We must comprehend the fermentation and drying process for beans to build our own protocols, we reach and keep the highest quality in the market that given beans the best aromas and flavors (nutty, fruity, floral). After that, we just need to keep strong relationship with our suppliers and clients based on transparency and full traceability. We are currently trading the best VENEZUELA cocoa beans. In our effort to keep developing our knowledge and culture, we built 2 Beneficios; one named PINTAO in Rio Caribe area, the other named TESORO in Sur del Lago area. Both Beneficios have their own protocols to achieve unique flavors and aromas. Today we are producing one of the Best Chocolate in the world through our comercial brand HEiH. HEiH Chuao 75% reaches the unique level of fruitiness and nutty flavors. We are also member and founder of CAPEC, Venezuela Cocoa Chamber; established 1985 with the mission to help and protect the cocoa circuit. camaravenezolanadelcacao@gmail.com In our effort to reach the needs for farmers and their communities, we built a program named “Regreso al Agro” this program has the vision to teach kids at public school how to manage properly plantation and make it profitable; so one day they will run theirs parents plantation in a proper way. We developed others programs like “Regreso a la Salud” to fight against Malaria and intestinal bacterias cause by contaminated waters with the help of the community. These programs are being accomplished by “FUNDACION QUIRICO PROSPERI” that was founded in 2012 in Carúpano.
