About Alejandro Quesada

What I have learned from my experience is teamwork and mentoring in an appropriate way. The performance of the entire team, not just the cases you are in charge of, leads to the value increase of the company. I made a manual for the team and actively shared the technical knowledge I learned from the cases I have been experienced. I was praised for constantly updating my thoughts and knowledge flexibly, valuing the Ho-Ren-So (Report, Communicate, Consult) with my seniors and senior teams, and I had the opportunity to be promoted to a T2 analyst in a short period of time. In addition, I was also in charge of new employee mentoring and guidance of service desk members, and I tried to teach in an easy-to-understand manner in order to reduce the number of inquiries from customers. Teaching is learning twice. I am constantly studying and acquiring new knowledge to improve my skills. I can contribute to the technical knowledge and IT processing power that I have acquired in my current job. I will work with aspirations and enthusiasm even in challenging tasks, and actively learn more about infrastructure knowledge, new processes and tools.
