Also, Alejandro has advised national and multinational companies in entity formation, corporate structuring and restructuting, corporate governance and compliance, and in the companies’ day to day operations. Furthermore, Alejandro has developed a project to seek for non-traditional means to finance start-ups such as crowfunding to provide alternatives for entrepreneurs-Immigration Law: In the area Immigration Law, Alejandro has advised investors, expats, and high executives as well companies to obtain residency cards, work permits, visa extensions, and other permits in order to get a regular immigratory status in Costa Rica. Alejandro has performed several procedures to register the companies before the Immigration Department in order to expedite the immigration procedures for their high executives. Also, Alejandro has advised foreign investors about their investments in Costa Rica as well as for the acquisition of properties-Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): In this area of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Alejandro made a specialization in the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Bar Association of Costa Rica, has experience in making conciliations in different areas of law.
