The passion I have for the Automotive Market, has allowed me to work in several countries of South America and Asia, within the teams of General Motors (GM), Ford Motor & Indumotora - Subaru. Working with different Cultures, Customers & Business Partners in areas such as Product Planning, Marketing, Sales, Aftersales, Customer Experience and Telematics, enabled me to have an interesting perspective of the Customer Journey. Key assignments: Ford Chile launch in (Marketing & Start Up), Chevrolet sales lead during 2008 crisis & 2010 earthquake, GM Portfolio Planning for Emerging Markets (China), General Manager (Peru), Aftersales re-shaping around customer & business growth. Apasionado por los Automóviles y la Industria Automotriz, he disfrutado asignaciones en Sudamerica (Chile, Peru, Colombia, Ecuador, Uruguay y Paraguay) y Asia (China, Corea, Vietnam) para General Motors Chevrolet, Ford y Subaru - Indumotora. Mis asignaciones han sido principalmente en el área Comercial y de Satisfaccion de Clientes, siendo las mas relevantes (como aporte de experiencias): Gerente Marketing, Gerente de Ventas, Gerente de Planificación de Portafolio, Gerente General, Director Telematica y Experiencia de Clientes, Director de Posventa.
