Executive in Human Resources & Legal, with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing human capital strategies in Latin America, in transnational companies of Direct Sales (Cosmetics and non-Cosmetics) and Automotive (auto-parts) with f more than 4,700 unionized and non-unionized employees. I have extensive experience in the Labor area, with more than 60 reviews of collective agreements, supporting labor strategies not only in Mexico, but also in Latin America (Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Brazil, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic). I have extensive knowledge of the areas of talent management, culture, development, succession plans, performance evaluation, communication plans, development of induction plans, Legal, satisfaction surveys, development of young talents in entry levels, middle management and management, recruitment up to Vice-presidency levels, Compensation, and expatriates. I have participated in the implementation of continuous improvement programs such as TPM, Six Sigma, problem solving, among others. I have also been responsible for the areas of Environment, Safety, Security, and Medical Services. I have a high capacity to form committed and motivated teams with a strong focus on people, I manage my decision-making through data and indicators. I have successfully managed change management on large projects. Teaching skills both as a certified instructor, as well as a teacher at the university (Mathematics, physics, electronics, etc.).
