I am an experienced Chartered Accountant, with strong inter-personal and financial management skills, and commercial awareness gained from working across the public and private sector, including a Big Four Accountancy and Audit firm. I am the Head of Finance at Enterprise M3 Local Enterprise Partnership. I have substantial experience as a project analyst, financial and management accountant, and as a statutory external auditor. Project Analyst: I have strong project management and financial modelling skills, gained from working on high profile cross-cutting projects. Accounting: I am a financial and management accountant, with detailed knowledge of Code of Practice on Local Authority Accounting, UK GAAP and IFRS, and a history of successful adaptation to new financial frameworks. Auditing: I have substantial auditing experience in the private and public sector, leading large teams on assignments across a wide spectrum of clients. Management and Team working: I motivate, involve and support staff, delegating whilst providing support and advice, to maintain quality and successfully manage workload.
