About Aleksa Bugarski

I've joined Ward Personnel's Dublin Labour & Trades Division as an Account Manager in August 2021. Since then, I have continued to develop my experience and skillset, advancing from a role in Business Development to my current position as Area Manager for International Sourcing Division in Dublin region, which focuses on recruiting workers from outside Ireland for specialist construction and M&E roles in Ireland. After graduating from University in 2018 with a BA in English Philology, I have worked in a range of teaching and recruitment roles across Croatia, Serbia and China. Licensed Manual Handling QQI Level 6 Trainer. ERF CertRP. Extensive experience in Labour & Trades recruitment, Business development, International Recruitment Sales and Operations, Outside of work, I have three passions: food, travel, and football – in no particular order. Planning to expand my social circle with people from various areas of business, and to make long lasting relationships that would provide mutual benefits.
