About Aleksander Arciszewski

For 15 years, I have been specializing in material engineering, as well as in using new technologies in order to introduce savings and to solve complex technical problems. I have started my career with conducting metal research in the lab to – at present - translate this knowledge into R&D in energy sector I know the solutions that make companies go through so-called energy transformation. I help them to switch from natural gas and coal to hydrogen or renewable fuels (e.g, modifying fuel systems in the fleet). one of my greatest achievements is that I have found the solution about how to use the natural gas pipeline to transfer other gaseous fuels from renewable sources (2014). And also, the fact that: I have contributed to change the provisions in many branch documents, such as IGG standards, I have been involved in various projects working with and learning from - world-class experts in material engineering and hydrogen transport, results of my analyses have reached a broad audience outside the organization I work for. thanks to what I have done, the company has - so far - acquired: The improvement in quality of R&D projects - those related to material engineering and testing of new equipment, the increase in savings – thanks to the new R&D projects I have submitted - what translates into real profit for the Sponsor, knowledge related to alternative fuels transport possibilities – including hydrogen. I like to create new things, work on something that has not been done yet, find innovative solutions to a variety of problems. I also address critical issues if they arise suddenly (crisis management). My values are: high ethics - i strongly respond to mobbing issue in particular, as this affects not only team relationships but also - what the team delivers (poor quality) hardworking, I take care of relations within my team. I consider my advantage the fact that I can find a common language with experts who are eccentric and sometimes happen to be difficult to deal with.
