15+ years in IT, starting from the ground. Sysadmin, application support, monitoring, incident escalation, team leadership, SRE practice design, global team delivery. I solved whatever problem was in front of me, and each one was bigger than the last.Currently at KION Group, I wear two hats: Head of IT Service Hub in Kraków (100+ people, operational excellence, vendor management) and Service Owner for a global team building and running web applications (Angular + Java on AKS cluster). Before that, I built KION's SRE platform operations team across EMEA and APAC, created the product portfolio (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Datadog, GitHub Actions), and embedded SRE principles into how the company operates.Before KION: four years at Motorola Solutions, from senior application support to cross-regional team management across EMEA and APAC. Major incident escalation point. The person on the bridge call at 3 AM when production is down and nobody knows why.What I'm good at: diagnosing problems fast, building operational frameworks that scale, designing incident processes, ramping global teams, and staying calm when everything is on fire.
