About Aleksandr Y.

Most networks work—until they actually need to. I’ve built my career around operating in environments where there’s no margin for failure—where performance, reliability, and execution aren’t optional. That mindset has shaped how I approach business, projects, and leadership. My background spans wireless infrastructure, event production, and business operations, giving me a practical understanding of both the technical and commercial sides of a company. Today, as a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Made By WiFi, I focus on turning complex requirements into solutions that hold up in the real world. I thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clarity and execution matter. Whether it’s managing projects, supporting clients, or overseeing internal operations, I bring structure to situations that can quickly become unpredictable. A core part of what I do is identifying opportunities—improving delivery, strengthening client relationships, and growing accounts over time. I’m highly customer-focused and place a strong emphasis on trust, responsiveness, and long-term value. I’m also adaptable by design. My experience spans marketing, hiring, account management, and operations, allowing me to shift between roles depending on what the business needs. I’m comfortable being hands-on when necessary, but equally focused on building systems that scale. I work well in team environments and believe in shared accountability, while also being comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives forward independently. At the end of the day, I focus on building things that perform under pressure—whether that’s a network, a process, or a business.
